I ordered this chair to replace my previous computer chair that lacked back support and was generally uncomfortable, and I am very glad I did!!I was looking for this style of chair and was looking over a few different similar options on . I did look outside of as well, but had the best prices in my opinion. I was hesitant on each selection due to either pricing or reviews that scared me away. I ended up going with this one since they were offering a deal on the red and black one - as soon as I saw that, I was sold! I believe it was a middle of the pack price for comparison.Overall, I really like the chair, but it does come with one warning I will share below:**DELIVERY** 10/10I ordered this chair and though I think it did say it was PRIME eligible, it showed that the delivery as a future date that was about two weeks out. I am impatient and entitled, much like most of us Primers, haha, but due to the deal, I bit the bullet and ordered and made myself forget about it since it would be a bit. MUCH to my surprise, it showed up a few days later at my doorstep!!! I was really excited!!! A+ on this category!**PACKAGING** 9/10After reading some reviews that stated that the packing was rough, I'm not going to lie, I was expecting a mangled box to be at my front door. Also to my surprise, the box was perfectly fine! Maybe this was feedback that the distributor took and made the necessary changes? I don't know, but everything arrived undamaged in terms of the box. I deducted one point because one of the armrests (left side) had a "chunk" that lifted off the top a bit. To try and describe it, the armrests are like a hard foam, and best I can describe, it was as if something nicked the top flat surface of it and peeled back a small chunk, about the size of a pea. I pushed it back down and it sat. I forgot about it until writing this, and now cannot find it.**ASSEMBLY** 8/10Assembly took about 45 minutes to an hour or so. It could have gone faster, but the screw hole on the back rest was crooked, so when attaching the back rest to the seat with the supplied bracket, I kept having trouble and eventually had to remove the back rest completely to try and see what was going on. The screw hole was slightly tilted which was making it hard to thread. Once I saw what was going on, I was about to put the screw in with that in mind and just came in at a slight angle. Everything else was pretty straight forward!**LOOKS** 9/10This chair looks really cool. That said, I am in to cars and making them fast/cool, so I do have a bias. The only thing I don't care for as much are the wheels - as much as I love making cars look cool, I thought it was a little corny for computer chair wheels, lol. I don't notice it as much now that it has been assembled, though.**FUNCTION** 10/10 with one warningAs I said, my old chair sucked, so this is in comparison with that chair. When it comes to function, this hit all the boxes for me. The material is soft and comfortable. The seat cushion is good for me, but I am 145lbs, so not sure how it would fair for a large individual. The chair is pretty wide so I think it would fit a larger person just fine, plus the arm rests can swivel and lock into three different positions - straight, pointed outwards, pointed inwards. Having them pointed outwards allows me to rest my elbows on the backs of them while gaming or working. The back support piece is SUPER helpful for me. It can be re-positioned easily and stays in place. The headrest is nice for neck support, but doesn't stay in place as well and can sag down, but not a big deal. The warning I was talking about is actually a perk of functioning, but not for me in one instance. Yes, the chair reclines all the way back. Even better, it doesn't tip while doing it, which I thought it surely would laid all the way back. The problem for me is that I was on a work zoom meeting that didn't require the camera on, I reclined all the way back and was "listening." I woke up later :-/Good chair, I would recommend it!
